Palmetto GBA has been selected as the Part A and Part B Medicare Administrative Contractor (A/B MAC) for Jurisdiction 1 (CA, HI, NV, the territories of American Samoa, Guam and the Northern Mariana Islands). Each of your providers, who currently are approved and transmitting electronically to these effected states, is required to complete and submit a J1 EDI Enrollment (Agreement) to Palmetto GBA.
